2024-2025 Promotores Verdes Youth Corps/Nature Expeditions Nomination Form

The yearlong program -free of cost- will culminate in the summer of 2025 in our signature week Promotores Verdes Youth Congress- at Rocky Ridge Music Center in Rocky Mountain National Park. Students will come together for a week long nature immersion retreat where they will experience an innovative curriculum joining studies in the benefits of human-nature connections, environmental stewardship, and the development of creative skills in verbal, visual, and sound arts and their application to social justice.
We thank you for your interest in nominating a young leader in your community for the opportunity to attend or if you are a student candidate we thank you for applying . Promotores Verdes is for students ages 13-18. We encourage nominating students who have a passion for natural sciences, arts, and the outdoors and who are interested in building their leadership skills.
In partnership with the Colorado Health Foundation, we are building a more inclusive generation of outdoor recreation enthusiasts emotionally connected to nature and its services and thus positioned to act as conservation stewards through mentorship & cultural expression.

Americas por la Conservación de las Artes, está auspiciando la iniciativa Expediciones a la Naturaleza de Promotores Verdes Youth Corps 2023-2025 en asociación con la Fundación de Salud en Colorado y está buscando líderes y participantes jóvenes para inscribirse y beneficiarse de más de 15 aventuras en la naturaleza, creación de comunidades, descubrimientos educativos, y una certificación de guía ciudadano de naturaleza.
El programa sin costo culminará en el verano de 2025 en nuestra semana exclusiva del Congreso Juvenil de Promotores Verdes, en Rocky Ridge Music Center en el Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas. Los estudiantes se reunirán para un retiro de 7 días donde experimentarán un plan de estudios innovador que combina estudios sobre los beneficios de las conexiones entre el ser humano y la naturaleza y la gestión ambiental con el desarrollo de habilidades creativas en artes verbales, visuales y sonoras y su aplicación a la justicia social.

Promotores Verdes es para estudiantes de 13 a 18 años. Alentamos a nominar estudiantes que tengan pasión por las ciencias naturales, las artes y el aire libre y que estén interesados en desarrollar sus habilidades de liderazgo.
