ETL Administrator Application Form
This form is for those wishing to become an Educational Trip Leader Administrator. These applications will be reviewed by the ETL Oversight Committee, who will contact you within 30 days about the status of your application. 

Prior to completing this application, please thoroughly read through the ETL information webpage.

Please note that ETL Administrators must hold a current Registered Maine Guide license. The expectations of an ETL-A are as follows:
  • ETL Administrators will ensure that the Educational Institution sponsors and educates all ETLs and holds liability insurance for all trips. 
  • ETL Administrators will help coordinate the ETL program, including training of ETLs and ETL Instructors, and making recommendations on ETL and ETL instructor eligibility to the ETL Advisory Committee.
  • ETL Administrators will be knowledgable about the ETL program, and how to find out further information as needed, in order to answer questions from participants, ETL permit holders, and ETL Instructors.
