This form will be used to confirm your eligibility for our updated CMP Partner Program including the new Tiering System. Your responses will also help us determine your interest in our incentive scheme (payouts).

Important Notes:

• Developer ID Required: A developer ID starts with a lower case "d" followed by 6 alphanumeric characters of varying capitalization. A developer Id is required to continue. If you do not already have a developer ID, please apply for one here to ensure we don't have duplicates.
• Processing Time: We will review your responses within the next few days and notify you of the outcome via our email address cmp-partner-program@google.com. Please make sure to allowlist this email to prevent it landing in your spam folder.
• Reapplication: Once submitted, your response is considered final and will be used to reach a determination. If your initial application is not successful, you may reapply after two weeks, including a new form submission. Additional responses received during the two-week waiting period will be discarded. 
• This form applies to both existing and new applicants. For new applications, the two-week waiting period applies, for existing partners, there is no two-week lockout.
